Hi there, readers—

I have a few in-person events lined up for 2026! If you’ve been wanting to meet me, chat books, or pick up some signed paperbacks, I’d love to see you at one of the events below.

Can't make it to an event, but would like to grab some signed paperbacks? Find those here.

Boozy Book Fair

When: May 31, 2026 | 12 PM – 5 PM

Where: Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan

Think: a whole lineup of authors, bookish vendors, cocktails, and even live music. This will be my third Boozy Book Fair, and they’re always such a blast.

Castle Farms is a stunning, castle-esque venue in northern Michigan—honestly, worth the visit all on its own. Add in great books and a lively atmosphere, and it makes for a pretty perfect afternoon.

Elk Rapids Arts & Crafts Show

When: June 27, 2026 | 10 AM – 4 PM

Where: Downtown Elk Rapids (River Street), Elk Rapids, Michigan

This beloved craft fair features a wide variety of vendors offering everything from books (including mine!) to paintings, jewelry, and more.

Elk Rapids is the quintessential northern Michigan small town—charming, scenic, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The town sits right along Lake Michigan and offers some incredible spots to eat, like Pearl’s New Orleans Kitchen, Cellar 152, and Short’s Pull Barn.

If you’re in the mood to browse, you’ll find plenty of great shops too—favorites include My Michigan Roots, Nifty Things, and Harbor Antiques Mall.

And the beach? Absolutely beautiful. There’s a small, calm river that flows into Lake Michigan—perfect for little ones—plus a playground, basketball courts, and plenty of space to relax. It’s truly one of my favorite spots.

Frankfort Fall Craft Fair

When: October 10, 2026 | 10 AM – 4 PM

Where: Open Space Park, Frankfort, Michigan

I attended the Frankfort Fall Festival last year and absolutely loved it. Set in Open Space Park right along Betsie Bay, the event includes a 5K run, a craft fair filled with amazing vendors, a parade, live music, kids’ games, a cornhole tournament, and a beer, wine, and spirits tent.

October is my favorite time of year in northern Michigan—the leaves are turning, the air is crisp, and that perfect spooky fall vibe is everywhere. It’s the ideal time for a cozy day out (and maybe picking up a few new reads ).
